Laundry & Pressing collected before 08:30 will be returned 19:00 same day (mon – sat).

Please complete the laundry form and place it in the laundry bag provided with your clothes. Housekeeping collects laundry bags on a daily basis by 10:00 am or alternatively you can hand in your laundry bag at reception

Conditions of Service

• All enquiries should be made directly to the housekeeper.
• All articles received at owner’s risk, but great care will be taken at all times provided the manufacturer’s washing instructions are clearly visible.
• PLEASE NOTE: The Hotel’s Management regrets that, as personal cleaning and laundry is contracted out, no responsibility can be accepted by them for any article lost, damaged or arriving late.
• Unless quantity is specified, our laundry count must be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for shrinkage or fastness of colour, or for valuables left in or on garments. Any claim must be made within 24 hours and accompanied by the original list. Settlement will not exceed 10 times the laundry or dry cleaning charge and will only be based upon local currency values.
• All articles given to housekeeper prior to 10:00 (Monday – Sunday) will be returned the same day before 19:00. Express Laundry must be collected before 08:00 daily. Service offered 7 days a week including Public Holidays.
